Clayton le Moors Freemasons' Hall Ltd., (CLMFH) located at the above address is the umbrella for Freemasonry in Clayton le Moors and provides the facilities to enable the meetings of members of Masonic Lodges, Chapters and other Degrees in Freemasonry who are members of the CLMFH.

This data protection policy regulates how CLMFH processes and stores personal data of its members. Its purpose is to ensure that CLMFH complies with the law and with the high data protection standards the law requires and is compliant with the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations.
In this policy, "personal data" means any recorded information which identifies a living individual.
As a membership organisation CLMFH, retains personal data of its members for the purposes set out in the Data Protection Notice. Where CLMFH employs or contracts with a member it may also process, retain, and share personal data of that member for all lawful purposes related to that employment or contractual relationship.
CLMFH shall not collect or store personal data of members for any other purposes.
CLMFH has appointed the Treasurer as the Data Protection Officer who is responsible for overseeing compliance with data protection law and will act as the single point of contact for members.
A member may request that the Data Protection Officer:
A member may resign from his Masonic entity at any time. After the Lodge Secretary has processed such a resignation the Lodge Secretary shall notify CLMFH of such resignation who will delete the personal data that it holds about that member as set out in the Data Protection Notice.
CLMFH will not share personal data of members for any third party for any reason unless it has the consent of the relevant member or on the presentation of a warrant from a law enforcement agency.
CLMFH shall publish a Data Protection Notice so that it is available to members. The Notice shall comply with the requirements of data protection law and among other things, shall inform members how CLMFH will use their personal data and how they may contact CLMFH's Data Protection Officer.
CLMFH shall periodically review the security of its records and processing activities and shall take appropriate steps to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data that it holds.
CLMFH does not have registration with the ICO as it is a not-for-profit membership organisation.
